Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist

Enhance client recovery as a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist at CBI Health in Calgary. This in-person role focuses on supporting traumatic brain injury clients achieve sustainable employment through customized plans.

At CBI Health's Chinook Clinic, you'll collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams. Your primary responsibility includes developing evidence-based return-to-work plans tailored for individuals post-injury. Engage with stakeholders, educating them on effective practices that support each client's journey back to the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to create individualized return-to-work plans

• Educate clients on funder expectations and strategies

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on vocational solutions

• Coordinate communication with employers and gather feedback

• Monitor client progress and adjust planning as needed

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or master's degree in relevant fields

• Knowledge of psychosocial rehabilitation principles

• Strong interpersonal and therapeutic relationship skills

• Experience with comprehensive assessment and report writing

• Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment
