Youth Program Supervisor

As a Program Supervisor/Coach, you will oversee daily operations, provide mentorship, and coordinate community resources. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to youth

• Supervise daily program operations and staff support

• Coordinate intake, referrals, and program admissions

• Develop and facilitate life skills workshops

• Monitor participant progress and maintain accurate notes

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in youth services or related field

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Current First Aid & CPR Certification

• RCMP Criminal Record Check required

• Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline
