As the Coordinator, you will engage with schools, community stakeholders, and service providers to optimize service delivery. This role involves planning outreach activities, facilitating collaborative meetings, and ensuring effective communication across the network. Your expertise in community development will be pivotal in identifying service gaps and promoting equitable access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate partnerships with schools and community organizations

• Facilitate discussions and collaborative planning sessions

• Monitor service trends and address access barriers

• Represent the Family Resource Network within the community

• Enhance visibility and awareness of available services

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Community Development or similar field

• Minimum three years in program coordination or human services

• Experience in stakeholder engagement and facilitation

• Knowledge of child and family support systems

• Skills in data analysis and reporting
