As a Youth & Family Counsellor with Wood’s Homes, you will provide critical care for youth facing emotional challenges. This structured role involves leading interventions, developing care plans, and offering personal life skills training. You will work in a team dedicated to supporting vulnerable populations in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead case management and therapeutic interventions

• Maintain a structured environment for youth

• Teach daily living skills and personal hygiene

• Develop individualized care plans with the team

• Manage crisis situations using TCI techniques

Requirements:

• Current CPR and First Aid Certification

• Class 5 driver’s license and transportation

• Degree in Social Sciences or relevant field

• 2-4 years of experience with vulnerable populations

• Preferred experience in child welfare or mental health
