Position: Supported Lifestyles Consultant Position
Join Supported Lifestyles Ltd. as a Support Approach Consultant, where your behavioural intervention skills will shine. This role supports individuals with developmental disabilities by creating effective intervention plans.

As a consultant, you will harness your expertise to provide targeted support, focusing on enhancing the well-being of clients with complex needs. Your work will involve developing practical support plans for front-line teams and advocating for clients' needs within the community. Communication and training will play a key role in your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create tailored intervention plans for clients

• Work closely with teams to implement strategies

• Provide advocacy and skill training to individuals

• Lead community education initiatives on best practices

• Collaborate with organizations to enhance service delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field

• Experience with developmental disabilities required

• Preference for knowledge in dual diagnosis

• Familiarity with Applied Behaviour Analysis an asset

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
