Addiction Treatment Manager Role

Become an Addiction Treatment Manager at BATTLEFORDS TREATMENT CENTRE, where you'll lead the daily operations and support clients facing substance abuse challenges. Guide a team of Addiction Counsellors while offering clinical supervision and implementing effective treatment plans.

In this management role, you will oversee the operations within the treatment center and provide critical support to Addiction Counsellors. Your leadership will help shape treatment strategies and foster client participation in various therapeutic activities. Working closely with clients in crisis, you will conduct risk assessments while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations and Addiction Counsellors

• Execute client treatment plans based on initial assessments

• Manage group dynamics to encourage client engagement

• Resolve conflicts and assess at-risk clientele

• Maintain organized client files and documentation

Requirements:
