Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for clients and facilitate their access to services

• Conduct outreach sweeps in challenging environments

• Drive agency vehicles and assist clients with transportation

• Complete necessary housing assessments accurately

• Collaborate with a supportive team to onboard staff

Requirements:

• 2-year diploma or degree in a relevant field

• At least 1 year experience in outreach or case management

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and mental health

• Valid driver's license and clear driving history

• Ability to manage physical demands of the role
