Wood's Homes is seeking a dedicated Youth & Family Counsellor I/II to join our compassionate team. This position involves working in structured settings to enhance personal and social functioning of clients, providing individualized care to suit their needs. You're required to rotate shifts, ensuring positive outcomes while contributing to the well-being of children, youth, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement structured settings for client development
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and training
• Attend case conferences and family meetings
• Maintain program living space and cleanliness
• Assist with meal preparation and transportation
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Social Sciences or related field
• 2-4 years related experience preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Valid class 5 driver's license and own transport
• Flexibility to meet program needs
