Key Responsibilities:

• Help youth develop crucial life skills and routines

• Participate in collaborative treatment planning sessions

• Supervise youth and address crisis situations

• Assist with documentation and assessments

• Transport youth for various errands and appointments

Requirements:

• Experience managing complex behavioral needs

• Relevant diploma or degree or equivalent experience

• Communicative and compassionate approach

• Availability for flexible shifts including overnights

• Class 5 Alberta driver’s license and personal vehicle needed
