Position: Team Lead for Alpha House Services
Lead and mentor front-line staff at Alpha House, providing vital services in a supportive environment. This permanent full-time role focuses on addiction and mental health support, working Wednesday to Saturday, 1-11pm.

As a Team Lead at Alpha House, you will supervise and coach staff while ensuring quality direct services for individuals with complex needs. Your leadership will guide a team committed to harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and recovery-oriented approaches. You’ll facilitate crisis intervention and collaborate with community partners to ensure client well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach front-line staff effectively

• Maintain shift coverage and manage staff timekeeping

• Respond to crises and ensure safety protocols

• Oversee medication administration for clients

• Liaise with community partners and addressing local concerns

Requirements:

• Minimum two years leading a team

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field

• Experience in addiction or mental health services

• Class 5 Alberta driver’s license and clean abstract

• Excellent crisis intervention and de-escalation skills
