Network Coordinator for Family Services

YW Calgary seeks a Family Resource Network Coordinator dedicated to improving access to services for families. Lead community outreach and partnership development to foster a supportive environment for children and youth.

In this role, you will enhance the City Centre Calgary Family Resource Network by establishing strong connections among families, service providers, and community stakeholders. You are expected to lead referral coordinations, community discussions, and data analysis while improving the network's overall service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build partnerships with schools and community organizations

• Plan joint activities to support collaboration

• Maintain clear communication and referral pathways

• Identify service barriers and improve access

• Coordinate outreach initiatives to enhance network presence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related area

• At least three years of relevant experience

• Skilled in project coordination and community engagement

• Understanding of family-centered and trauma-informed practices

• Excellent relationship building and facilitation skills
