In this contract role, you'll work from August 2026 to September 2027, focusing on youth aged 12 to 17. You will support trauma-informed care with a collaborative approach, ensuring the well-being of each youth. Key tasks include case management, maintaining safety, and building trust through everyday interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage individual youth cases in collaboration with team
• Create a safe, welcoming overnight environment
• Facilitate daily care, including meal preparation
• Document youth progress and maintain detailed records
• Support transitions to family or less intrusive placements
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Human Services required
• Experience with trauma informed and cultural practices
• Recent criminal and intervention record checks
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with clear record
