Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group employment counseling

• Facilitate skill-building workshops for clients

• Develop employment action plans tailored to client needs

• Critique resumes and guide online presence development

• Advocate for clients in skills training and support areas

Requirements:

• Business Degree or diploma in a related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Excellent communication skills, Arabic would be an asset

• Knowledge of local labor market trends

• In-person and online facilitation experience
