In this full-time, temporary role, you will lead operations at the Recovery Hub, providing barrier-free support to vulnerable populations. Your responsibilities include participant intake, DBT-informed group facilitation, and community partnership development. Your aim is to empower individuals by creating personalized recovery and housing stability plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a welcoming intake experience for individuals in need
• Develop and maintain the Recovery Hub’s programming schedule
• Oversee daily coordination of Recovery Hub activities
• Conduct needs assessments to create individualized recovery plans
• Co-facilitate DBT-Informed groups with the Clinician
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Human Services
• Three years of experience with vulnerable populations
• Knowledge of recovery-oriented practice
• Strong writing and organizational skills
• Valid Driver’s license and insurance coverage
Support recovery journeys and foster connections at McMan Calgary.
