The Calgary Drop-In Centre (the DI) seeks a Coordinator, Diversion to lead a team and drive rapid housing solutions for guests in Calgary. You will guide Diversion Workers and Housing Locators, ensure trauma-informed, client-centered care, and champion data collection from intake through 21 days and beyond.
With a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in homelessness work, you will apply HMIS knowledge, housing resources, and Housing First initiatives to secure stable housing for clients.
