YW Case Manager for Women

Empower women facing challenges with YW Calgary as a Case Manager. Engage in trauma-informed, client-centered case management from Sunday to Thursday, focusing on resilience and long-term stability.

As a Case Manager, you will support vulnerable women navigating homelessness and mental health issues.

Your role involves building trusting relationships, conducting assessments, and developing individualized case plans that adapt to client needs. You will work alongside community partners and clients to ensure holistic and empowering support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trusting, professional relationships using trauma-informed principles

• Conduct comprehensive intake and ongoing assessments

• Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented case plans

• Facilitate regular safety and risk assessments for clients

• Deliver crisis interventions and supportive counseling

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience with vulnerable populations

• Current CPR and First Aid Certification necessary

• Registration with a relevant professional association required

• Strong understanding of addictions and recovery systems
