Team Lead Position

Become a Team Lead at Alpha House, directing front-line staff in providing essential services for individuals facing complex challenges. This permanent, full-time role offers shifts Wednesday-Saturday, 1-11pm.
In this impactful role, you will lead and mentor staff while ensuring that individuals with addiction and mental health needs receive the appropriate care and support. Your leadership will focus on creating a respectful and compassionate environment that promotes stability and recovery. Responsibilities include crisis management and liaising with community resources to ensure holistic care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and develop front-line staff skills
• Maintain accurate staff timekeeping and shift coverage
• Respond to client crises and enforce safety protocols
• Ensure medication administration aligns with client needs
• Collaborate with local partners and address community concerns
Requirements:
• At least two years of leadership experience
• Relevant post-secondary education (minimum two-year degree)
• Experience with addictions or mental health
• Clean driver's abstract and Class 5 Alberta license
• Strong conflict resolution and communication abilities
