Full-Time Recovery Navigator Needed

Elevate your career as a Recovery Navigator with McMan Calgary from September 1, 2026, to March 3, 2028. Offer essential support to those facing mental health and addiction challenges in a collaborative environment.

This full-time role involves overseeing daily operations at the Recovery Hub, ensuring effective service delivery while conducting needs assessments and facilitating DBT-informed groups. You will also collaborate with community resources and agencies, aiming to empower individuals through comprehensive recovery planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead warm and supportive intake processes

• Organize and communicate Recovery Hub programs

• Manage daily activities for optimal service delivery

• Develop individualized recovery and housing plans

• Foster partnerships with community organizations

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Human Services

• Three years’ experience with vulnerable populations

• Expertise in recovery-oriented and trauma-informed care

• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams

• Required background checks and valid Driver’s license
