Prairie Land School Division seeks a Family Resource Worker in Consort, helping students and families navigate social and emotional challenges in a school setting. Join our team for a rewarding role supporting community wellbeing.

This full-time, 10-month position starts at the beginning of the  school year. You will assist students facing various challenges and collaborate with families while demonstrating excellent communication skills. The role requires effective planning and organizational abilities, along with a commitment to confidentiality and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support families facing social and emotional challenges

• Demonstrate sound independent judgment daily

• Collaborate within a school-based team environment

• Plan and organize resources effectively

• Manage travel across the Division as needed

Requirements:

• College Diploma or University Degree in human services

• Ability to obtain professional designation membership

• Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's License

• Access to reliable transportation

• Successful Criminal Record and Child Intervention Checks
