This permanent, full-time position ensures you make meaningful interactions with individuals in crises. With a schedule from 10 PM to 8 AM, you'll be at the forefront of outreach efforts, engaging with clients and directly impacting their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach sweeps and provide client support

• Drive agency vans for transporting clients safely

• Respond to distress situations in the community

• Collaborate with partner organizations for comprehensive care

• Maintain professional conduct with all stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2-year diploma or degree in relevant area

• Knowledge of trauma-informed and harm reduction practices

• Strong crisis management and communication skills

• Class 5 Non-GDL driver license with a clean record

• Able to participate in training for patient lift
