In your role at Wood's Homes, you will be pivotal in guiding children and families towards improved mental health in a supportive and structured environment. Responsibilities span various therapeutic duties, including case management and direct support during family interactions. Coming together with a team, you'll work shifts that cater to program requirements and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support client development within structured settings
• Actively participate in team and planning meetings
• Provide therapeutic care and case management
• Ensure program living space is well-maintained
• Assist with meal prep and transportation needs
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or diploma in Social Sciences
• 2-4 years of related professional experience
• Current certification in CPR and First Aid
• Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license
• Schedule flexibility to accommodate program demands
