Family Support Practitioner at Enviros

As part of the Enviros team, you will work closely with youth 12 to 17 years old, helping to establish routines and relationships that foster stability and growth. This role emphasizes a culturally aware, trauma-informed approach while involving both direct support and administrative aspects necessary for enhancing service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish connections with youth to aid daily living
• Create a nurturing environment through trauma-informed practices
• Support the development of individualized care plans
• Engage in family connections and ecological supports
• Carry out crisis intervention responsibilities
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in a related Human Services field
• Proven experience in strength-based and cultural practices
• Group care experience is a plus
• Certifications in CPR and First Aid required
• Valid Class 5 driver's license essential
Facilitate safe transitions for youth at Enviros, focusing on their potential for independence and success.
