As a full-time Crisis Counsellor, you will provide essential crisis intervention services to individuals, couples, and families in distress. Your expertise will help clients navigate difficult situations while connecting them to vital community resources. You will engage in comprehensive assessments and develop tailored service plans that prioritize client needs and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver short-term counselling and solution-focused support

• Conduct intake screenings and psychosocial assessments

• Develop individualized service plans for clients

• Coordinate referrals to community programs

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in team meetings

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology

• 2-4 years of related counselling experience

• Active registration with Alberta College of Social Workers

• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and clinical tools
