Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct resident intakes and provide support services

• Create and assess SMART goals with each resident

• Develop and deliver educational programming

• Maintain accurate database and case records

• Participate in program meetings and planning

Requirements:

• Two-year diploma in a related social services field

• At least one year in a similar role focused on frontline service

• Knowledge of homelessness and mental health issues

• Effective communication and crisis management skills

• Valid First Aid certification and successful Police Information Check
