Social Worker for Senior Living

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of psychosocial factors affecting residents

• Offer counseling and guidance for emotional well-being

• Support advance care planning and resource navigation

• Plan resident and family care conferences

• Ensure legal documents are complete and accurate

Requirements:

• Qualification in Social Work or similar fields

• Good standing with Alberta College of Social Workers

• Relevant experience in residential or mental health settings

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Willingness to work different shifts
