In this critical role, you will oversee litigated disability claims and escalated cases, applying Sun Life’s resolution strategies. Your strong customer service focus and adeptness in case management will be invaluable. You'll collaborate closely with your manager and legal counsel, establishing effective working relationships to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage litigated claims with a proactive customer service approach

• Represent Sun Life during mediations and judicial proceedings

• Coach and mentor team members in case management

• Deliver presentations on litigation trends in claims operations

• Identify and implement process improvements in service delivery

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in disability case management

• Bilingual in French and English (Quebec only)

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Ability to work under stressful conditions

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
