As a Relief Support Worker under the supervision of the Team Lead, your primary focus will be on ensuring the safety and security of residents. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain safety and well-being of residents

• Facilitate supportive engagement with women

• Model constructive behaviors and activities

• Supervise community and house activities

• Carry out basic household chores as required

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education or comparable experience

• Familiarity with women-centered approaches

• Strong communication and crisis prevention skills

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including overnights

• Current criminal record check is mandatory
