The Male Disability Support Worker role at Coville Group Home centers on helping adults with developmental disabilities, autism, ADHD, and complex needs. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with daily living activities, and promote an inclusive environment for all residents. Collaboration and effective communication are key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive behavioral and physical support
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily tasks
• Support appointments and community participation
• Document client interactions and progress
• Foster professional relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Certificate in Disability Studies or Human Services
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience preferred in group home or personal care settings
• Familiarity with CPI techniques and positive behavior support
Contribute to meaningful lives at NAS and support adults with diverse needs in Calgary.
