A recovery-oriented system of care is a coordinated network of personalized, community-based services for people at risk of or experiencing addiction and mental health challenges. It provides access to a full continuum of services and supports, from prevention and intervention to treatment and recovery.

• Supporting the development and implementation of operational procedures and service delivery practices within the Navigation and Support Centre.
• Facilitating worksite meetings and promoting effective collaboration among service providers and ministry partners.
• Providing orientation and onboarding support to new teams and staff operating within the Centre.
• Monitoring site operations and identifying service delivery issues, safety concerns, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinating with community agencies, service providers, and government partners to support integrated service delivery.
• Providing presentations, responding to stakeholder inquiries, and representing the Navigation and Support Centre at community planning tables and engagement activities.
• Supporting the development of responses, briefing materials, operational updates, and other information requests.
• Building and maintaining collaborative relationships that enhance service delivery and support positive outcomes for vulnerable Albertans.
