A recovery-oriented system of care is a coordinated network of personalized, community-based services for people at risk of or experiencing addiction and mental health challenges. It provides access to a full continuum of services and supports, from prevention and intervention to treatment and recovery.

Role Responsibilities
Supporting the development and implementation of operational procedures and service delivery practices within the Navigation and Support Centre.
Facilitating worksite meetings and promoting effective collaboration among service providers and ministry partners.
Providing orientation and onboarding support to new teams and staff operating within the Centre.
Monitoring site operations and identifying service delivery issues, safety concerns, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Coordinating with community agencies, service providers, and government partners to support integrated service delivery.
Providing presentations, responding to stakeholder inquiries, and representing the Navigation and Support Centre at community planning tables and engagement activities.
Supporting the development of responses, briefing materials, operational updates, and other information requests.
Building and maintaining collaborative relationships that enhance service delivery and support positive outcomes for vulnerable Albertans.

Qualifications
University degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Business, or a related field, plus four years of progressively responsible related experience.
Equivalencies Will Be Considered On The Basis Of
One year of education for one year of experience; or
One year of experience for one year of education.
Assets
Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health concerns, addictions, housing instability, or other complex social challenges.
Experience collaborating with community agencies, service providers, government partners, or health providers.
Experience providing leadership, onboarding, training, or operational coordination in a service delivery environment.
Knowledge of the homeless-serving system of care and the Alberta Recovery Model.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Hours of Work and Location
36.25 hours per week (full-time), Monday to Friday.
