Position: Carya Trauma-Informed Housing Navigator
Be a catalyst for change as the Home Routes Coordinator s full-time role is dedicated to housing navigation and trauma-informed support in Calgary.

The Home Routes Coordinator will play a vital role at Carya, working in partnership with Astra Living. With a focus on building relationships, this position requires two years in community services and offers comprehensive training. You’ll assist participants in overcoming barriers to affordable housing, ensuring they have access to necessary resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate participant housing goals through assessment

• Support navigation of Carya and Astra referral processes

• Connect participants with relevant community resources

• Document participant outcomes and track service delivery

• Coordinate communication with partners and internal teams

Requirements:

• Degree in social work or related discipline

• Two years of experience in community outreach

• Familiarity with affordable housing resources in Calgary

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and case management systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
