Sagesse Hybrid Client Support Associate

Join Sagesse as a Client Support Associate, focusing on ending domestic abuse in Northern Alberta.

This role offers a blend of client support, community collaboration, and program evaluation.

As part of Sagesse’s mission, the Client Support Associate will advocate for clients and enhance service offerings under a gender-transformative framework. Responsibilities include providing client navigation, maintaining engagement through support activities, and contributing to program assessments. A successful candidate will bring at least two years of relevant experience and possess both clinical support and facilitation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for clients and provide system navigation

• Facilitate workshops and community engagement efforts

• Maintain client engagement via support activities

• Report activities and maintain documentation accurately

• Participate in program development and quality improvement

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Social Work or related field

• Relevant professional registration or eligibility

• Comfort in a hybrid work setting with evening work required

• Experience in community development or peer support preferred

• Willingness to travel throughout Alberta for client support
