McMan Family Coordinator Position

Join McMan Calgary & Area as a Family Coordinator in the Milestones Program. This full-time position centers on supporting families of children with disabilities, focusing on empowerment and community integration.

In this role, you will lead the development of tailored service plans and guide parents using best practices. You’ll be responsible for managing case documentation and facilitating group support, requiring flexible evening hours and travel in Calgary and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain thorough case management and documentation practices

• Empower families through therapeutic interventions and support

• Develop meaningful, inclusive relationships with clients

• Engage in program evaluations for continuous service enhancement

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Community Rehabilitation or Disability Studies

• Proven knowledge of behavioral and developmental strategies

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

• Flexible schedule including evenings and on-call duties

• Experience assisting families with various social challenges
