At Supported Lifestyles Ltd., a not-for-profit organization, your role will combine leadership with direct support for high-risk individuals. You will implement personalized intervention plans while training and mentoring staff to ensure high-quality care. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop individualized plans using behavioral intervention techniques
• Mentor and manage front-line support staff
• Advocating for community engagement and individual needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports
• Provide crisis management and de-escalation support
Requirements:
• Diploma in a human services discipline required
• Minimum of two years working with complex needs
• Two years of supervisory experience necessary
• Strong communication skills essential
• Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
