Newcomer Planner Position - Immigrant Services

Join Immigrant Services Calgary as a Newcomer Planner, dedicated to empowering newcomers in their settlement journey. This hybrid role focuses on personalized solutions and community outreach.

You will play a pivotal role by helping clients assess their needs, creating individualized plans, and providing pertinent information about services essential to their integration. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a related field

• Experience with refugee and immigrant families

• Strong understanding of community resources

• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce is a plus

• Excellent facilitation and organizational skills
