Position: Resource Coordinator for Community Support
Easter Seals Alberta seeks a dedicated Resource Coordinator to support individuals with disabilities. This full-time role is focused on enhancing community resources and advocacy for families in need.

As a Resource Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of providing services that empower individuals and foster independence. Reporting to the Family Resource Manager, your responsibilities include guiding families through service planning, managing client documentation, and continually advocating for community support resources. Your dedication to empathy and inclusion will enhance the lives of Albertans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Centralize communication for families and service providers

• Conduct thorough needs assessments and service co-creation

• Oversee client intake reviews and prioritization

• Facilitate applications for funding and supports

• Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Relevant diploma/degree preferred

• Minimum of 2 years in resource navigation

• Excellent writing and organization skills

• Experience with client databases advantageous

• Knowledge of community health practices is beneficial
