We are hiring a Tenant Support Worker for a one-year term at Calgary Heritage Housing. This critical role involves building relationships with older adults, focusing on their unique strengths and needs. You'll connect them with essential resources while offering support during challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster respectful relationships with senior tenants
• Provide tailored, individualized support services
• Guide families in navigating community resources
• Monitor and implement personalized support plans
• Facilitate tenant engagement programs
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience with vulnerable populations
• Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience in trauma-informed care practices
• Excellent time-management skills
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
