This critical role involves building relationships with older adults, focusing on their unique strengths and needs. You'll connect them with essential resources while offering support during challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster respectful relationships with senior tenants
• Provide tailored, individualized support services
• Guide families in navigating community resources
• Monitor and implement personalized support plans
• Facilitate tenant engagement programs
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience with vulnerable populations
• Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience in trauma-informed care practices
• Excellent time-management skills
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
