Take on the role of Supportive Living Coordinator with CMHA Calgary, offering recovery-oriented support and guidance to individuals with mental health challenges. This part-time position focuses on crisis intervention and client-centered service planning.
In this fixed-term contract role, you will facilitate individualized support for clients navigating complex mental health issues, providing hands-on skill development in daily living.
Your role ensures a safe environment conducive to recovery, where you implement Service Plans and cooperate with multidisciplinary teams to foster positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and review individualized Service Plans
• Deliver psycho-educational skill-building programs
• Manage crises with proactive interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation of client needs
• Advocate for clients in accessing vital community services
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Psychology
• At least two years’ experience in supportive living
• Expertise in crisis intervention methods
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Flexibility for part-time shifts in Calgary
