Build newcomer partnerships for RBC from home while traveling within the market, using digital advising and strong communication skills. Serve Quebec communities.
As an RBC Ambassador, you develop relationships with settlement agencies and community organizations supporting newcomers. You provide advice across everyday banking, investments, and credit while creating digitally focused experiences. The position combines public advisory events, technology demonstrations, and collaboration with internal and external Together at RBC partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop partnerships with newcomer services and settlement agencies
- Organize and deliver advisory events for community partners
- Provide advice on banking, investments, and credit
- Demonstrate technology to educate newcomers and enhance experiences
- Travel within Quebec to meet partners and clients
- Understanding of the Canadian settlement process
- Bilingual English and French communication skills
- Mutual fund sales license or qualifying course
- Strong public speaking, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Digital device knowledge and technology learning ability
Support newcomers through RBC partnerships, digital advising, financial guidance, and community events across Quebec with flexibility.
