Description
An Automation Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying GenAI/LLM-driven solutions using Python, ML, and modern cloud-native architectures. The role involves building scalable AI services, integrating oil & gas data systems, optimizing models, and ensuring secure, high‑quality engineering delivery.
Required Skills- 6+ years professional software engineering, including 3+ years building & shipping GenAI/LLM-driven products
- Hands‑on expertise in GenAI/ML/LLM technologies, including fine‑tuning, evaluation, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and model optimization
- Strong engineering foundations with Python/Type Script, API & microservices development, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, and cloud (AWS/Azure)
- Experience integrating GenAI with oil & gas domain systems (SCADA, PI, WITSML, geoscience tools, SAP PM, Maximo)
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (Lang Chain, Llama Index) and contributions to open‑source or research publications
- Knowledge of energy‑sector regulations (AER, CAPP) and real‑time analytics for production/emissions monitoring
