This posting is for a full-time,in-person position based out of our Sherwood Park, Alberta office.

• Develop and maintain Cold Fusion web applications with high performance and scalability
• Demonstrate proficiency in front-end technologies such as React
  
  JS, Angular
  
  JS, jQuery, and Bootstrap
• Manage data and queries across MySQL and MSSQL databases
• Engaging in the design, execution, and enhancement of eLearning management software solutions
• Build and enhance key modules such as reporting systems, directories, eCommerce components, and content management systems
• Conduct thorough code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure consistent coding standards
• Lead and mentor junior developers, supporting them on secure coding, architecture, and query optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and other developers to design effective solutions and deliver high-quality software
• Perform robust QA testing and debugging prior to releases and provide post-deployment support
• Have a professional and positive attitude with a solution-based approach to challenges

• Minimum of 9+ years of experience in full-stack web development, including 4+ years with Cold Fusion
• Proficient in Cold Fusion, JavaScript, React, SQL, HTML, and CSS
• Hands-on experience with database technologies such as MySQL and MSSQL
• Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrate a leadership mindset and enjoy mentoring and supporting junior developers
• Possess good English written and oral communication skills

• Have experience with eLearning or compliance tracking platforms
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies, particularly on AWS, is highly desirable
