• Oversee and lead a software development team

• Mentor team members and contribute to growth initiatives

• Communicate project updates and risks regularly

• Manage the complete development lifecycle with a focus on quality

• Work closely with Business Analysts to define project scope

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Software Engineering or related field

• 5+ years’ experience in software development positions

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies

• Proven project management abilities

• Experience with Microsoft .NET and front-end technologies is a plus
