You’ll lead a small team building patient‑facing experiences across React Native. You’ll partner closely with Product and Design to shape experiences end to end, contribute to architectural and technical direction, and help create a strong engineering culture centered around quality and iteration.

Partner closely with Product and Design to deliver polished, intuitive user experiences
Contribute hands‑on technical leadership across React Native and fullstack systems
Guide technical decision‑making while supporting the growth and development of engineers
Participate in system design, implementation planning, and delivery execution
Balance product iteration speed with long‑term maintainability and quality
Foster strong collaboration across engineering, product, and design disciplines
How We Expect You to Think
Care deeply about user experience, e‑commerce best practices and product quality
Sweat the details while still maintaining delivery momentum
Stay close to the technology and understand the systems your team owns
Value collaboration and feedback across disciplines
Build systems and experiences that are maintainable, scalable, and consistent
Create an environment where engineers can do strong technical work and continue growing
What You Bring
Experience building modern product experiences using React Native and/or full‑stack web technologies
Strong frontend engineering fundamentals and product instincts
Previous experience building e‑commerce and understanding mobile applications
Experience working closely with design teams and design systems
Interest in or early experience with people leadership and team development
Comfort operating in a hands‑on technical environment while growing management responsibilities
