As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. You will collaborate closely with PMO, product management, architecture, and infrastructure teams to shape end-to-end solutions.

Back-End Engineering: Build and maintain robust back-end systems using Java
, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate within Linux/Unix environments.

Architecture & CI/CD: Draft and review architectural diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications while leveraging modern build systems (Webpack) and CI/CD deployment workflows.

Data & Messaging: Work with relational databases (Oracle, Sybase) and implement low-latency messaging middleware.

Technical Leadership: Mentor other software developers on the team, championing clean code structures, design patterns, and Agile/Scrum best practices.

Risk & Compliance: Maintain a strong awareness of industry compliance, risk control processes, and the regulatory landscape inherent to the financial sector.

Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.

Industry Knowledge: Proven experience working within financial markets, banking, or wealth management.

Back-End Expertise: Solid hands-on experience with Java
, Spring Boot, and relational databases.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering

BE/B.Tech), or equivalent (MCA).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

Proficient with version control tools such as Git and Bitbucket.

Familiarity with cross-functional fields (Product, UX, Dev Ops, or Business Analytics).
