Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js.
Build reusable UI components and implement front-end architectures that support scalable applications.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Develop application interfaces using JavaScript, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end technologies.
Implement state management solutions using Redux or similar libraries.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues and performance bottlenecks.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to front-end development.
Work within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
5–7 years of professional experience in front-end development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and React.js.
Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Functional Components, and Component Lifecycle.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
Experience with Git version control and CI/CD processes.
Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Type Script.
Knowledge of Webpack, Babel, and modern build tools.
Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme.
Experience working with Material UI, Bootstrap, or other component libraries.
Understanding of Progressive Web Applications (PWA).
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and front-end security best practices.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
