Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate React Front-End Developer with 5–7 years of experience in building modern, responsive, and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and front-end development best practices, with the ability to create intuitive user experiences and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js.
- Build reusable UI components and implement front-end architectures that support scalable applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop application interfaces using JavaScript, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end technologies.
- Implement state management solutions using Redux or similar libraries.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to front-end development.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–7 years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and React.js.
- Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Functional Components, and Component Lifecycle.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
- Experience with Git version control and CI/CD processes.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Type Script.
- Knowledge of Webpack, Babel, and modern build tools.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme.
- Experience working with Material UI, Bootstrap, or other component libraries.
- Understanding of Progressive Web Applications (PWA).
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and front-end security best practices.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
