Advance your career as a Senior Software Cloud Developer at CPKC, specializing in AWS and Azure platforms. This hybrid role involves hands-on development and data engineering initiatives.
In this position, you'll join CPKC’s Cloud Team and deliver solutions leveraging serverless cloud technologies. You’ll work on maintaining production applications, designing ETL/ELT processes, and ensuring data quality across cloud environments. Your leadership skills will guide technical initiatives while collaborating with architects and analysts towards impactful data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor cloud services and resolve incidents as needed
• Design ETL/ELT workflows to process diverse data sources
• Utilize data integration technologies for consolidation
• Optimize data pipeline architecture for analytics
• Provide ongoing cloud support including on-call duties
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in AWS and data engineering
• Proficiency in Python and SQL programming
• Familiarity with core AWS services and architecture
• Experience with data governance and architecture principles
