Elevate your career as a GTM Engineer at Speechify, where you’ll build systems that enhance our AI voice agents, SIMBA, for scalable outreach worldwide. This role focuses on technical infrastructure and automation for Salesforce and outbound systems.
As our first GTM Engineer for SIMBA, you will be pivotal in developing and maintaining outbound infrastructure including lead scoring, enrichment pipelines, and sequencing workflows. You’ll own the tech stack, deploying AI-driven agents for streamlining prospect communication and optimizing data tracking to boost the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure for lead sourcing
• Own the end-to-end GTM tech stack including CRM systems
• Deploy AI agents for automated outreach and follow-up
• Track and optimize top-of-funnel performance metrics
• Develop integrations and automations using APIs and webhooks
Requirements:
• Experience in GTM engineering or Rev Ops with a technical focus
• Proven background building outbound systems from scratch
• Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools and APIs
• Metrics-driven mindset focused on pipeline efficiency
• Ability to ship quickly and simplify processes
