• Core Technical Skills — Proficiency in Java microservices development using Spring Boot and JDK 21, with experience in API gateway design, TIBCO JMS messaging, microservices architecture principles, and job scheduler frameworks within operational or real-time systems. Experience with AI-assisted development platforms such as Git Hub Copilot to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
• Energy & Electricity Market Domain Expertise — Experience in the electricity or energy sector with an understanding of real-time operational systems, grid management platforms, and the technical constraints of regulated energy environments such as those operated by an Independent System Operator (ISO).
• Legacy Modernization & Architecture Design — Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to modernization programmers, particularly monolithic-to-microservices transitions, including evaluating architectural options, defining future-state designs, and guiding engineering teams through phased delivery.
• Multi-Track Programmer Experience — Prior experience delivering within a large, multi-track programmer
